A producer that needs no introduction and a coffee that quickly became one of our all-time favorites. This pink bourbon evokes sweet-lime and hibiscus at the start, to then land on softer florals like chamomile and honey-like sweetness. Clean and expressive, balanced and truly outstanding

We used very short development time to highlight the florals, and experimented with the overall roast time for sweetness balance.
