6. Oaxaca, honey… a Red-Honey Bourbon and Typica from @gildogarcia_13 @cherryblackcoffe
We are very happy to share this honey processed coffee — directly from the mixteca region of Oaxaca, for the second time. A cacao an meringue basis is adorned with fruit and sweetness, reminding us of a pavlova. On espresso, meringue turns into piloncillo with a spiced and aromatic of sweetness, the perfect with milk.
Still a light(er) roast… with extended development time to allow caramels and extra sweetness to come out.
