We are excited to offer this tasting set, as it will take you through a journey of coffee varietals and processing methods. Here's our suggestion on how to enjoy it:

• Start with the Mandela Natural... this is an "Aha! moment" coffee. If you've experienced it already, you know what we're talking about... it is the cup that made you realize there's A LOT more to coffee than what you though, the cup that got you into speciality coffee. Share it with a friend, maybe... make it their "Aha!" cup!
• Next, go with the Gesha Buenos Aires. Being a washed coffee, it will let the intrinsic characteristics of the coffee seed shine. Enjoy the floral and citric notes that have made the Gesha varieties so popular in recent years
• Third and Fourth: Thai Punch (CIMA Anaerobic Natural) and Mucha Kombucha (Kombucha Anaerobic Natural). Have fun exploring these anaerobic processes from Yosniyom Coffee Farm (Ranked 4 in Cup of Excellence Thailand, 2024) where you will find notes going from rum, to apple cider to grapes and dark chocolate.
