3. Typica Mejorado, Carbonic Maceration Natural by @floridahacienda

Masterfully processed, this typica mejorado is tangy and sweet evoking a caramelized kumquat. Fruity - as you would expect from a natural - but maintains a sweet tea lightness and finish. We roasted this one pretty lightly, but believe it’s going to be a hit for a wide range of palates.
