We just can't get enough of VINKA. Last month we offered their coffees as a subscriber exclusive and in our pop-ups. They do an outstanding job creating profiles with a lot of nuance, and well-defined flavors on a really clean cup.

Today we bring you their Lactic Natural... think orange peel, vanilla ice cream and floral layers packed in an easy to drink, clean cup. We are fans. This is a light roast at 11% weight loss; yet no vegetal notes, pure juicy goodness.

About VINKA

Maria Fernanda and Carlos; university researchers and scientists, set themselves on a mission to transform a former cattle ranch into a prosperous refugee for specialty coffee by improving the soil usability, ensuring coffee quality and showcasing how good management and sustainability can support an ecological coffee monoculture.

VINKA is located at 1660 m.a.s.l. in the south Ecuadorian Andes where a unique confluence of ecosystems creates a dynamic microclimate ideal for growing the Sidra varietal.
