Flowers and fruits might be the focus of the conversation, but we’d like to recognize and celebrate that coffee is much more than that! This incredible coffee comes from a collaboration between @mikecastelan (Anacafe 14 + processing this lot) and @kohmarmx (Obata), a delicious cup with a lot of character that reminds us of mamey, molasses and a little ‘burnt caramel’-like sweetness.
