Another great coffee from @mikecastelan. This Anacafe 14 is our latest juice-bomb. Picture grape juice, maraschino and candied nance perfectly layered while still preserving a clean body for this type of profile. And here's the kicker... acidity it's still pretty balanced, booziness tamed.
All in all, the result is a very expressive, masterfully processed coffee you'll enjoy and come back for more.
When roasting this coffee, we extended Maillard for a better integration of the acidity, resulting in a beautiful cup. This coffee tends to look darker than it tastes, and oils like to come out, which has no impact on the cup.
